OGs are warmly invited to this special backstage look at the Thursford Collection, by courtesy of OG Club President and Thursford Director John Cushing.  A free lunch will be followed by a guided tour of the museum and a chance to see preparations for the nationally renowned Christmas show, to hear Robert Wolfe on the mighty Wurtzel organ and to try out the carousels.

The Thursford Collection was formally established in the 1970s and has since become one of Norfolk's most esteemed attractions.  Boasting the world's largest collections of both steam engines and mechanical organs, the Collection also includes several restored historic carousels for a truly authentic fairground feel.  The museum's annual Christmas Spectacular draws over 100 000 visitors each year.
